How do I log in during the live event?

Your confirmation and log-in details will be emailed to you prior to the event. Be sure to check your spam folder if you registered and have not received an email.

I misplaced my registration confirmation. What should I do?

Email pe.nursing@umaryland.edu to request duplicate information.

What are the preferred browsers for the best experience during the conference?

Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge

Who should I contact if I have technical issues during the event?

Visit the live Helpdesk or email tech@vfairs.com.

Is there a limit on the number of times that I can log in?

No, you will be able to log in as much as you like on the day of the live event.

I registered for continuing education credits. How will I verify attendance and receive my certificate?

Your attendance will be captured as you navigate the platform. You will be required to complete an overall conference evaluation that will be emailed to you after the conference. You will be able to print your certificate after completing the evaluation.
